Shoots Video for New Hit Single “Bewitched” 

The Dancehall sensational group is coming to the U.S. to shoot the video for new hit single “Bewitched”  produced by Nicko Rebel for Nicko Rebel Music, Pembroke Pines, FL.

 Coral Springs, FL - The successful career of the group Voicemail has proven strong and unwavering; beginning with a talented group of five members in 1999 then to three members in the year of 2003. Voicemail - O'Neil Edwards, Craig Jackson and Kevin Blaire were riding a stream of success including tours around the world. Performing their fans favorite hit songs in Jamaica  like “Weh di Time”.  Unsurprisingly, it was collaboration with the dancer Bugle and the artist Delly Ranks that place Voicemail above the competition. Instantly their fame rose exponentially becoming more famous internationally their music and creative dance moves attracted a massive fan base with the video for song “Do What You Feel Like”. This hit alone crossed over many cultural borders and was played by several TV stations in America.
 Voicemail’s strong international success is a reward of intense touring with audiences reaching 45k people as published in Yokohama, Japan magazine.  The group really made an impression in Japan as they are recognized as a double-platinum recording artist and was featured by Japanese reggae singer Lecca in her 4th album “City Caravan”.
 

The Jamaica fan base voted Voicemail number one on the Jamaican dancehall charts with their pop-reggae-club hit “Dance the Night Away” featuring Busy Signal. Tipping the scales and leaving many artist behind with favorable track, “Dance the Night Away” in February of 2010. Shortly after a whimsical wave of dreams coming true for this respected internationally renowned dancehall group; Voicemail lost their very own O'Neil Edwards, a beloved member of the group, to a tragic shooting on the morning of May 10, 2010. Enduring all tragedies and proving to be “God Blessed” Craig Jackson and Kevin Blaire are continuing on, keeping the group alive and full of vibes. 

 March 19, 2011, almost one year post-tragedy, Voicemail will be traveling to South Florida and Central Florida for multiple press release functions and parties to promote their New Hit Single “Bewitched”.  On March 23, 2011 director Shutah Films will be directing and editing the video for this highly anticipated chart rocketing track. With extra behind the scene video footage to be captured by Jamaican based business that has recently expanded to the south Florida market:

ElatedTV Leighton Williams and his video crew. “Bewitched” is featured on Nicko Rebel Music’s Nitrogen Riddim released in late December 2010; it’s definitely a ladies tune but has caught the ear of the masses being featured on Itunes New and Noteworthy in both Hip Hop and Reggae pages.

“Onton” Mitchell, born March 1987 in Downtown, Kingston, Jamaica, signifies the sophisticated emulsion of a contemporary reap of Jamaica’s most talented musicians. He symbolizes a new generation of music which he creates through his emotions and his knowledge being present in the music industry. Onton’s versatile thinking helps him to write flexible lyrics from grimy to prescribe, to suit all age and listeners, which is sure to contribute fame and gratitude which he deserves. Onton’s journey in music started immediately after he left high school, where he instantly went into the field of engineering. While working he learnt from some of Jamaica’s top engineers such as “Bulby”, “Shane Brown” and “Bobby Digital.” Soon after Onton started his own label “Versatyle C&M” which is now signed to Star Kutt Records. During his voyage in music Onton has worked with Demarco, Konshens, Daville, Voicemail and almost the entire music industry, from mixing, production to engineering.

Onton, met Demarco(Star Kutt Recording Artiste) 3 years after starting his career, this is where he learnt keyboard, drum-machine and increased his knowledge in engineering. Now becoming a part of Star Kutt Family Onton worked beside Demarco where they created hits such as “standing soldier”, “love a come down”, “I need a roof”, “Premium Riddim” and “Big League Riddim "(which was a major hit in Europe).

After years working in the music industry, Onton was inspired by Demarco, which he adapted skills to create his own arrangements, melodies and write his own songs, although his true love still lies in engineering, Onton posses the talent to sing and deejay, which is portrayed through his collaborations with Demarco, Konshens and Voice Mail, currently working with top names in Jamaican music producers such as Ward 21 Music, T.J.Records, Head Concussion records, his own in house producer family Demarco (Star Kutt Records) and other local producers. He is amongst the lineup of new talent with his echelon of music capability in so many areas of music, Onton is certain to be a major role model whose ideas are sure to entertain and elevate.
